Windlesham has three outstanding rooms for every occasion, from small intimate gatherings to large events of up to 120 people. We host a wide range of celebrations from birthday parties, baby showers, anniversary parties, charity balls and many more!

Birthday & Private Parties

The impressive Lutine Suite and the fabulous Orangery caters for parties of up to 120 guests. The flexible space at Windlesham means that we can accommodate all manner of activities including, DJ’s and live entertainment and many more.

Private Lunches

From small intimate gatherings in the Boardroom to large exclusive parties in the Orangery, our stylish function rooms provide the perfect backdrop to enjoy fine dining and a superb selection of wines. Or, for more informal entertaining why not have a BBQ on the sunny terrace with panoramic views overlooking the course.

We welcome all kinds of celebrations here at Windlesham Golf Club, whether it’s a milestone through your marriage, or a private, elegant setting for your wedding reception our events team will help you plan your event to the finest detail.

The Orangery

The Orangery is our largest room here at Windlesham Golf Club, with floor to ceiling glass doors overlooking the 1st tee and patio accompanied by skylights the Orangery is a bright and welcoming room, making it the perfect venue for large parties and dinners. The Orangery has the ability to be set up in many different ways, with a capacity of up to 120 people it is the perfect setting for your summer or winter party or event.

The Lutine Suite

The Lutine Suite is our second largest room, with its own private bar and balcony overlooking the golf course, this is the perfect place for midsize parties and events. The Lutine Suite has a capacity of up to 50 people standing or 45 seated. Having recently been refurbished, the room now hosts an 87” TV, surround sound speakers and free WiFi.

Marvellous customised hospitality

WGC hosted 14 of us for a 'darts dinner party' - watching the World Championships. The whole F&B operation was exceptional and the service wonderful. Recommend without any hesitation.

The Boardroom

The Boardroom is the perfect place to hold key private meetings or lunches undisturbed by the rest of the building. The Boardroom can hold up to 16 people, has a 75” TV and free WiFi.
