Course Update

Saturday- Status Green. Course setup taking place this morning with green cut, Blowing of surfaces, Daily setup of a divot from yesterday’s play and bunkers raked. Have a nice weekend. Remembrance Weekend, so we are showing our Support. Gone from our sight, but not from our hearts.

Friday – Status Green. Green’s Rolled, Fresh Coloured Pin Position’s, Approaches nipped, Tee’s trimmed, Tee Banks topped, Daily Setup Task’s done, Long Rough C&C continued 😴 Fairway’s Mown later on when a smidge less dew for a cleaner cut, Lawns cut, Last but by no means least….. Ball washer fluid replaced 💪Definitely gonna be on…

Thursday – Status Green, 10th Tee Start with Practice Ground Closed 12-2 for Maintenance. Greens trimmed + VL, 🟩 Halfs Spiked behind, These half’s getting a roll to level them out, Approaches cut, Daily Tasks, Member Buggy Maintenance, Leaf Clearing with backpacks and PTO driven, Long Rough Cut & Collect going well… but huge area…

Wednesday – Status Green. Greens getting a roll, Fresh Pin Position’s into the 🟥 halfs in preparation for the 🟩 halfs getting some Cultural love tomorrow 🥰 Fairway’s getting their last Foliar Feed with some Fe, Mg, various forms of N along with some PGR & Penetrant Wetter. 1st Cut of Semi & Runways getting…

Tuesday – Status Green. Greens Trimmed +VL, Tractor Blowing, Strimming of various areas, Daily Setup Tasks, Self Seeding Tree’s relocated to a more preferred area. Grass & Tree’s always grow where you don’t want them! 😄 Long Grass Cut & Collect, 11th Cross Ditch Work continues, Remaining Fairway’s mown later on.

Monday – Status Green. Greens Dew Removal, Green’s getting a “Metals” Mix of Fe, Cu & Zn to harden the plant while Disease pressure is high. Approaches nipped, Daily tasks knocked out, Loads of Blowing now leaves are dropping big time, Tee’s trimmed, 6 month Granular Base Feed on the Tees, to keep them ticking…

Sunday – Course Status green. Greens getting a cut today Holes getting changed Tee set and divot, blowing where required Bunkers raked and range pick after course jobs.

Friday – Course Status Green Starting with Greens having new hole positions and dew removed Approaches getting a trim Bunkers getting a good rake and tee set up ready for the day Followed by a tees feed to keep them happy before their winter feed in the coming weeks 10th getting some leveling and turfing…
