Course Update

Wednesday – Status Green. Lots of pecking on the Greens at present. Even after we clear and repair… the Pecking returns 😞 Greens Mown. Green’s Sprayed with some Fe, N & PGR. Fairway’s cut. Tee Banks cut 2nd Cut of Semi topped.

Tuesday – Status Green. Bit of Frost about….. grass has no clue what it’s supposed to do at the moment. Random high temperatures during the day, then a cold snap into the eve! Quite a bit of bird pecking to surfaces at present by the Rooks & Starlings. They seem to be trying their luck…

Monday – Status Green. Green’s trimmed without VL. Hole’s trimmed… as per daily if not freshly cut pins. Fairway’s Mown. Daily Task’s. Ditches cut and strimmed.

Sunday – Status Green Starting with Greens getting dew removed and moisture probed checking water levels New hole positions Daily tasks Approaches having a trim And of course range pick later

Saturday – Status Green. Daily setup greens rolled plus holes trimmed, Bunkers raked, Tee set and a divot from yesterday’s play.

Friday – Status Green. Green’s mown + VL. Fresh Pin Position’s. Approaches nipped. Fairway’s cut. Tee’s mown. Daily Tasks ticked off. Some blowing around the Car Park. Few Irrigation Electrical Issues out here…. so old School watering in places.

Thursday – Status Green, Practice Ground Closed 12-2 for Maintenance. Greens rolled. VMC checks and hot spots hit with a hose where needed. Tee Banks cut. 1st Cut of Semi mown. 2nd Cut of Semi topped. Lawns strimmed & striped. Daily Task’s ticked off… comprising of Tee’s set, Divot of yesterday’s play and Fairway Divotting.…

Wednesday – Status Green. Green’s rolled. Fresh Pin Position’s. Select Fairway’s cut due to excessive growth. Daily tasks. Tee’s cut. Tee’s having some Food along with some Wetter but water later due to some chemicals in the mix that need to dry on the leaf. Irrigation heads Trimmed.

Tuesday – Status Green…. with some brown spots. Greens cut. Application of some Fe, Acid, N, P, K, Mg, Mn, Zn, Cu, PGR + some penetrant to help with spreading coverage over the leaf. Approaches cut against the grain to reduce the leggy grasses. These areas will look a lil dull as the stripes will…

Monday -Course status green. Greens rolled. Hot spots hand watered. Tee set and divot. Bunkers raked and range pick after set up.
