Sunday – Status Green Cold start to the day Greens getting a roll Daily tasks and set up Greens spray to keep our Greens happy

Saturday – Status Green Starting Greens getting  set up and blowing leafs away and holes trimmed Daily tasks and set up Leafs being blown on fairways And a bit of fertilizer going out before the rain

Friday – Status Green. Green’s trimmed. Approaches cut. Fairway’s mown. Fresh Pin Position’s. Daily tasks knocked out. Some more tinkering left to do with the stripped Tee’s. Some compacting and “sealing” off before the now forecasted rain. This helps stop the materials turning to pudding. Lazer grading planned for these are now postponed from Saturday…

Thursday – Status Green Slightly warmer then yesterday Starting with Greens getting a roll Daily tasks and course set up Blowing more leafs off the course Machines getting worked on More material being moved to the last of the tees and being roughly leveled off

Wednesday – Status Green….. with a heavier than expected layer of crispy white stuff! Winter Setup. Strimming of area’s ongoing… perfect job in the frost to keep the Team warm. Tee Leveling works continues. Breaking up the existing rootzone…. Then adding some fresh material and stiring in. Pleased we took advantage of no Frost yesterday…

Tuesday – Status Green, carry if able. Long overdue trimm on the Green’s. Same story for the Approaches. Tractor Blower out here making easy work of the pesky leaves. So fortunate that now the Course behaves well with surface water that we can use this large Blower more, rather than back packs like previous years.…

Monday – Status Amber, 10th Tee Start. Pin position’s moved, lots of black footprints around the holes due to the cold snap. No mowing practices due to unsuitable conditions…. just lots of leaf clearance and setup tasks. 8th Ditch Works started, to make some room for this weeks Tee Levelling waste naterial to go into.…

Sunday – Status Amber. Daily setup tasks completed. Holes trimmed. Tee set and a divot, Bunkers raked, Blowing of surfaces as required.

Saturday – Status Green. Daily setup and no operation on greens other than holes trimmed as the ground is still frozen, Tee set plus a divot from yesterday’s play, Blowing of surfaces as required.
