Tuesday – Status Red, 10th Tee Start. A far from ideal morning for some mowers out here… but after the cold snap last week limiting operations then the weekend’s Biblical Rain…. its today or wait even longer after tomorrow’s top up, eeeekkkk! Green’s trimmed, Approaches nipped, Fairway’s mown, but expect some potential mess 😒 Traps…

Course status blue. Carry only to help protect the course. With a 10 tee start. Order of the day lot’s of blowing after the weekends wind with the car park getting a blow as well. Course setup and divot Bunkers getting a blow out. Tractor blower out as needs must to help blow leaves away…

Sunday – Course Status red. Course setup, with a divot of the tee’s and markers moved Holes being changed to new positions Bunkers raked Range pick.

Saturday – Course Status red. A organic fertiliser being applied to beef up grass areas Course setup with some blowing Range pick after setup.

Friday – Status Red Another cold and frosty start to the day. Course setup holes moved, Tee set and a divot from yesterday’s play, Another good day for our mechanic to check and service machines, Other jobs happening throughout the day.

Thursday – Course Status red Another cold start to the day 🥶 Starting with the Course set up Car park having a blow Good day for machinery maintenance as machines in the yard Grass piles collection continues Range maintenance later today

Wednesday – Status Red. Super chilly start 🥶 Pin Position’s Moved, Frosty Course Setup, Last area’s of Long Rough second pass Cut & Collect getting finished off 🥳 Grass Piles being collected… very slow task but making progress. Why dont we collect as we cut i hear you say…. well we’ve found that leaving them…

Tuesday – Status Amber, 10th Tee Start. Been a while… but some wet stuff has finally come, just short of an inch in the last 2 eve’s 😳 Greens getting a clear from debris, Main Focus is Sand Traps…. a Flymo, Strimm, Blow, Weed pull, Plus a Rake, Daily tasks done too!

Monday – Status Green, just… but slipping into another colour tomorrow based on the Forecast eeeekkkk! Greens dew removal, Daily setup tasks, Lots of blowing, Diggers ready to start a few tasks…. First being the collection of the Long Grass piles, Second is takling this nasty swail on the side of 9th thats getting worse.

Sunday – Status Green. Dew Removal to the greens, Freshly Coloured Pin Position’s, Tee Setup, sooooo important from now till late Spring to give the Tee’s a Daily Divot. With growth slowed right down with cold night time temperatures, yesterday’s play damage takes even longer for seed to pop and fill back in. An unintended…
