Thursday – Practice Ground Closed 12-2 for Maintenance.
No operation to Green’s this morning after yesterday’s Irrigation breakdown, just some hoses.
Managed to get water pressure back yesterday afternoon, after a string of leaks. The system has been running flat out the last few weeks with a few hiccups, but ran without a blip last night 💪
No rain for 35 days, but overall the Course is dealing with it well but is certainly parched! March, April & May well below average with June around average but only with heavy downpours in the first 11 days.
Tee Banks topped where needed.
Greensides getting any stalks flicked with the Strimmer.
Daily tasks.
Some posts and rope back out here…. damage on a lot of the struggling Tee’s from players walking over parched Tee tops… lazy 😒
