All You Need to Know Before Your Visit
Arriving at Windlesham Golf Club
We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before your tee time to allow plenty of time to check in, warm up, and make use of our facilities.
Upon arrival, please make your way to The Pro Shop to register for your round and collect any relevant information for the day.
If you require any hire equipment such as buggies or electric trollies, please ensure you contact the golf team in advance to secure what you need for the day. Push trollies are available and can be found by the 18th green.

Parking
There is plenty of parking available adjacent to the clubhouse as well as an overflow carpark. Specific van parking and EV charging is also available.
Practice Facilities
Visitors and guests are welcome to make use of our practice facilities before play, including complimentary driving range balls, the putting green, and short game practice area. Please speak to the Golf Ops team for more information.
Halfway Hut
Before heading to the first tee, why not enjoy a coffee or light refreshment in the clubhouse or the Rabbit Hole (Halfway Hut) and take in the views across the course from our patio area.
Should you require any assistance during your visit, our team will be delighted to help with anything you see fit. We hope you enjoy your time at Windlesham Golf Club and have a memorable day both on and off the course.
Course Information
Flag positions are as follows:
Red - Front / Yellow - Middle / White - Back
Our Golf course is unique and we have 5 different tee options to play from. This includes Navy, Silver, Black, Composite and Gold (a mixture of Silver, Black and Gold)
The Silver tees are the option for Men and the Black for Ladies. Please speak to the team for more information on tees.
In The Pro Shop, we have an online course guide, however, please feel free to visit the following link to view our online course guide before your visit.
There are many hidden contours, water features and ditches to be mindful of. If you have not visited the course before, feel free to speak to a member of the team for some helpful advice!

Our refurbished clubhouse offers a relaxed and welcoming setting to enjoy quality food and drinks before or after your round.

SUMMER PIZZA NIGHTS
During the summer months, join us on Fridays & Saturdays | 5:00PM – 8:00PM for our pizza menu.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. If you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement, please speak to a member of the team before ordering.
The Rabbit Hole
The Rabbit Hole is Windlesham’s halfway hut, offering the perfect opportunity to refuel and refresh during your round.
Located conveniently by the putting green and just to the side of the 10th tee box, it’s the ideal place to grab a hot or cold drink, snack or quick bite before heading back out onto the course.
Choose from a selection of freshly prepared pastries, sausage rolls, coffee and refreshments, helping you keep your energy levels up as you tackle the back nine.
Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee, a bite to eat or something refreshing, The Rabbit Hole is your perfect halfway stop.

Practice Facilities
Just beyond our car park, you will find our practice facilites including a full length driving range, nets and the short game practice area.
Range balls are complimentry and will be provided by the Golf Ops team in The Pro Shop with a voucher.
We also have a short game area surrounded by two large bunkers, a two tiered green with 3 pins and a large apron to practice your short game. Please note that no range balls are permitted on this area and only your own balls are to be used on the short game area.
Through the clubhouse and outside The Pro Shop, you will see a large 9 hole putting green with subtle breaks to give you an idea to what to expect for the round ahead.
The Pro Shop
The Pro Shop is where your Windlesham story begins. Head of Golf Luke Smith and the Golf Team are always on hand to assist with your golfing needs, whether you’re looking for advice, equipment or a few essentials before heading out onto the course.
Working closely with FootJoy and Titleist, we offer a carefully selected range of golf apparel. From balls and bags to shoes, clothing and wet-weather gear, you’ll find everything you need for your round.
We also offer a range of bespoke Windlesham crested items, including ball markers, pitchforks, headcovers and bottles of 70cl gin, handcrafted and distilled by Hawkridge Distillers.
Whether you’re here for your first visit or a regular at Windlesham, the team in The Pro Shop are here to make sure you’re ready to enjoy your day.
Please note, we are a cashless business but do accept all major credit cards.
The Clubhouse
Our clubhouse provides the perfect place to relax before or after your round, with welcoming spaces designed for members and visitors to enjoy.
Step outside onto our patio, offering a fantastic setting to unwind, enjoy a drink and take in the surroundings of Windlesham Golf Course.
Whether you’re joining us for a post-round drink, a bite to eat or simply enjoying the atmosphere, the clubhouse and patio are the perfect places to relax, socialise and reflect on your round.
Within our clubhouse, we have male and female locker room facilites for members, visitors and guests. Please speak to a member of the team for the door code and if you require a key for the locker.
Towels are also provided.
Dress Code
We remind all members, guests and visitors to not wear any of the following: Collarless shirts, t-shirs,
football/rugby shirts, jeans, tracksuit shorts/trousers.
On the Golf Course
Recognised golf attire required. Collared golf shirts or appropriate modern golf tops. Tailored golf trousers, shorts, skirts or skorts. Golf shoes must be worn on the course.
Dogs are not permitted on the golf course.
In the Clubhouse
Smart casual clothing is required. Golf shoes are not permitted in the clubhouse but allowed in the spike bar. Please change footwear before entering the clubhouse. Hats and caps should be removed indoors

Opened in 1994 and designed by former Ryder Cup player and renowned golf course architect Tommy Horton, Windlesham Golf Club is a championship parkland course set within 154 acres of picturesque Surrey countryside.
Measuring over 6,600 yards from the back tees, the par 72 layout has been carefully crafted to provide an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities. The course features gently undulating fairways, strategically placed bunkers, mature woodland, and a number of lakes and streams that come into play throughout the round.
