Validity: Vouchers are valid to 31st December 2026 and must be redeemed within this time.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable: Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

Loss or theft: Voucher are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Usage: If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the different can be paid by other means; however, if the purchase is less, no changed with be given.

Resale: Vouchers cannot be sold to third parties without consent.

Third-party bookings: Vouchers may only be used for bookings made directly with Windlesham Golf Club, not through third-party providers like booking website.

Right to refuse: Windlesham Golf Club reserves the right to refuse to accept a voucher if it appears to be tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise fraudulent.

Subject to availability: Redemption is subject to the availability of services or products on specific dates.

Amendments: Windlesham Golf Club may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
