Tuesday – Status Green.

1pm Shotgun today for St Michael’s Hospice. Blessed for this late start to golf, not so we can start later and do less like some of you may joke or even think 😆 Polar opposite infact…. it gives us the ability to get some valuable and desperately needed double mowing and more importantly a drier cut while growth is absolutely booming!

Greens Double cut after a recent sharpen yesterday…. big thanks to Stuart at Sand Martins letting us have access to their grinders. 💪

One cut without a VL, then another pass when drier with the VL in daylight!

Approaches cut again mid morning when drier.

Fairway’s getting a double mow… once this morning without a VL and then once all cut once a cleaner drier cut which will make a huge difference.

1st Cut of Semi trimmed.

2nd Cut of Semi cut later on after morning jobs ticked off.

Tee’s Cut…. now worms are active its a switch infront daily now grrrr!

Granular Fertiliser applied.

Tee Divotting & Fairway Divotting done with yesterday’s done too!

For info only… some areas were cored and seeded yesterday around the Course. Mainly high traffic and areas that got zero water through the dry period. No removal of the material brought up though…. we want this to go back into the profile and this process was purely to make some holes for seed to sneak in.
