Windlesham Golf Club Christmas Fayre – Stallholder Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in trading at the Windlesham Golf Club Christmas Fayre. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form part of the agreement between Windlesham Golf Club and each stallholder. 1. Event Details Event Date & Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Set-Up Access: From 9:00 AM on the day of the event Breakdown: All stalls must be cleared and vacated by 6:30 PM 2. Stall Provisions Each stallholder will be provided with: One 6ft or 4ft trestle table Two chairs One white tablecloth Additional equipment must be supplied by the stallholder if required. 3. Waste Management Stallholders are responsible for removing any waste or packaging. Failure may affect eligibility for future events. 4. Charity Raffle Contribution Each stallholder is kindly asked to donate one token gift for the Captain’s Charity raffle. Contributions will be collected during setup. 5. Booking Confirmation & Payment Once the application is reviewed, a £20 stall fee is required to secure your place. Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received. Application deadline: Friday 29th August 2025. 6. Cancellation Policy Stallholder cancellations are non-refundable. Please notify Windlesham Golf Club as early as possible if you cannot attend. 7. Insurance & Certification All stallholders must provide: Evidence of Public Liability Insurance Food Hygiene Certificate (if selling/serving food or drink) 8. Marketing & Promotion Windlesham Golf Club will promote the fayre to members and the local community. Stallholders are also encouraged to share the event on their own channels to help drive footfall.
