Thursday - Practice Ground Closed 12-2 for Maintenance.

No operation to Green's this morning after yesterday's Irrigation breakdown, just some hoses.

Managed to get water pressure back yesterday afternoon, after a string of leaks. The system has been running flat out the last few weeks with a few hiccups, but ran without a blip last night 💪

No rain for 35 days, but overall the Course is dealing with it well but is certainly parched! March, April & May well below average with June around average but only with heavy downpours in the first 11 days.

Tee Banks topped where needed.

Greensides getting any stalks flicked with the Strimmer.

Wednesday - Ladies Day.

Hot spots watered on Green's. Another night of the Pumps failing due to low pressure.... grrrr! Only part of the evening's programme went out again. Expect to see some Sprinklers out here this morning 🥵

Green's sprayed with some N, P, K, Mg, Zn, Cu, PGR and Penetrant.

Fairway's mown where needed.

1st Cut of Semi topped where needed.

Repair works to another weak point of the Irrigation System later. These show up more when the system is pushed as hard as it currently is.

No Operation to the Greens.... just VWC% checks and a hose where needed.

Sunday - Status Green.

Course setup greens rolled followed by a hand hose to water hot spots.

Tee set and a divot from yesterday’s play,

Bunkers raked.

Saturday - Status Green... in places 🥵

Greens trimmed with VL.

Approaches nipped with tired areas left where possible.

VMW% checks & top ups. "Are they not irrigating at night" i hear you say..... of course! However, there isn't enough time through the night to get enough out in these extreme conditions 💦

Hand hose to fine tune the dry spots on the Greens.
