Monte Carlo Mixed Competition Mon 27 May 2013

A keenly fought close contest in beautifully sunny but windy conditions led to the folowing results. The Monte Carlo is a fiendish competition in mixed teams of three where each player takes a turn in being the ‘mutiplier’  of the sum of the other two team members. The greens were fast and furious leading to Mr. Blobby reigning supreme.  We welcomed two new members Jane Hopton and John Morgan.   Alison Lavis,  Kim & Bernie Pitcher kindly played to make up the teams.

The Mixed Winter Pairs American Foursomes competition was finally settled on the seventh extra play off day and resulted in a win for Angela and Carl Riches over Victoria Belchamber and Jason Saunders.  The prizes will be presented when we can get them all together.
