The Windlesham Pearson Team (consisting of around 20 ladies) had a practice session last week with Lee Mucklow where they had some putting practice as well as a psychology session, which they found very interesting indeed. This will be followed up next week with Lee lending his expertise in the short game.
Hopefully his help will allow Windlesham’s team to come out strongly under matchplay conditions for their first match on 7th November, at home against Coombe Wood. We wish the team well!
The Pearson Trophy is a county competition for handicaps 13-32, where each match consists of 7 singles. Round one is a group stage with 4 clubs, each playing at home and away.
