Many members have expressed concerns to me about this item for the AGM.

 I feel the members have not had sufficient time to digest its contents and implications and therefore I am removing the item from the agenda.

Having consulted Chris and Evelyn we will convene a special meeting later in the year for interested members to question and discuss the proposals.
